What to expect with your Holcroft Painting Exterior Project
Initial Consultation
For every residential and commercial painting project, expect to meet with a member of our Holcroft Painting team. We will review your project with you and consult with you on the scope of your project. What do you need painted? What painting process do you want? How much prep work should you expect? What type of paint would you like? How long will your project take?
Full Written Estimate
At Holcroft Painting we believe you should have a full, written estimate as to the scope of work Holcroft Painting will provide. The cost of a project is usually determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired. It costs more to properly prepare for a project and our written estimates will review this for you. We encourage you to ask us questions on your project so you can make a fair comparison with other bids.
Lead Painter Assigned
Every project at Holcroft Painting is assigned a Lead Painter. Our experienced Lead Painters manage a set crew of two to three painters, all of which are full time employees. Our Lead Painter is assigned to your project and will not change throughout the job bringing continuity and accountability to your project.
Daily Project Management
